Images of love, protest, and LSD. The 1960’s.
Perhaps my favorite photograph: A Love-in at Idlewild Airport (now Kennedy) in 1968. I stood on a balcony as a thousand people centered on one person chanted ohm-m-m for an hour. The sound reverberated through the airport corridors and must have left the earth with its intensity.
